Great staff that helped us a lot before our arrival with information as well as with booking a restaurant that we couldn't call because we don't speak Japanese. They always had a smile and we're helpful! The hostel is located in a very calm residential area of Tokyo but walking distance from Asakusa. From the windows over the road you get a cute vibe of the normal life going on in this neighborhood. The closest metro is 10min walk maximum (if you don't get distracted by all the combini on the go). The facilities are clean and organized. The toilets and showers looked as clean as in a private room, super clean! Additionally, they provide free amenities like hair straighteners and other toiletries. Moreover, we had access to a shared (small) fridge and oven. A kettle, cups and cutlery were free to use too. This made it very convenient to have breakfast or a quick tea.

The room size is pretty good which provided ample space for luggage and backpack as well. The side table and chair also provides a hortizontal place for laying out personal items . Love the shared lounge around the reception area which is great place to meet and chat with fellow travellers, work, and for heating up meals and hot beverages. I found the property to be very clean, quiet and cosy with common amenties provided for travellers. It's located about 350m from the subway station and is one stop away from Akihabara and in the vicinity of Asakusa Temple. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I wasn't here for too long, but everything was clean and standard. I liked that I had some opportunities to meet other travelers in the lounge area; that was fun. I had some good conversations with people. Their kitchen was also easily accessible. The shower and restroom areas were directly connected to the dorm area I was in. That can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it. It is convenient, but it can create a lot of noise depending on what time people use it. To be fair, I never heard much noise coming from those areas but my bed was more in the corner of the room.

The staff was really friendly and invited us to their pizza party! The room was cozy, I liked the design it's breathable, good AC. Situated in a calm neighborhood but still not too far from multiple subway stations. Close to Akihabara. There was a sort of mini oven toaster in the common space which is very nice to heat up curry bread. There is also everything you need to heat up and enjoy konbini food or restaurant leftovers. The lights in the room were adjustable in intensity which is great for people with sensory issues who need low lights.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It is such a cozy environment. The downstairs area is a nice place catch up on admin, socialise or even just chill out. The room were spacious and the bathroom facilities were very clean. It is a 200m walk from the train station which takes you everywhere you need to go. I have stayed here both times I have visited to Japan and recommend to anyone who is looking for a cosy, relaxing experience.
